参加申込締切の繰り上げ
今朝このようなメールが届いていました。参加者がすでに6800人を超えて、ジェノバ時間の5月29日18:00をもって参加申込が終了するとのこと。ということは7000人の参加となるようです。前回のモントリオールを千人も上回る大盛況。大大会になること間違えなしですね！そんな大会で発表できるとは光栄です。
Dear Colleague,
We are delighted to inform you that the ICN Congress 2025 in Helsinki has exceeded our expected attendance, with over 6,800 delegates already registered to join us in what promises to be an exceptional and inspiring global gathering of the nursing community.
This overwhelming response is a testament to the enthusiasm and commitment of nurses around the world, and we are truly excited to welcome you all to Helsinki in June.
To ensure we can provide the best possible experience to everyone attending—and after careful consideration and advice from our venue and security partners—we have made the decision to close registrations within the next 24 hours (closing on 29 May 2025 18h00 Geneva time). Anyone currently in the process of registering will be able to complete their registration, but no new registrations will be accepted beyond that point.
To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage all delegates to plan ahead for badge collection. Accreditation opens on 7 June from 08:30 until 17:00 at the Messukeskus venue. During accreditation on site, you will receive your delegate badge along with your ticket for the Opening Ceremony, which will be held in Plenary Hall 1 or Room 101. Please note that seating in Hall 1 is limited and tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
ICN has prepared an exciting and ambitious agenda for Congress, and we want to ensure that every attendee has the best possible access to key sessions and discussions.
We are grateful for your incredible support and engagement and assure you that every effort is being made to welcome and accommodate you in the most professional, inclusive, and efficient way possible.
For those who are not able to attend in person, we are pleased to share that our virtual and streaming offer will be made available shortly before the Congress begins.
